We have addressed the following issues:
  • Services, Assets and Shops created on the fly on the Task page are not getting default Site association.
  • Users can not submit a receiving line if the line is created without a purchase order and Require PO Approvals is enabled.
  • Work orders can not be reverted back if the Location for Parts consumed has been deleted.
  • Editing any field on a task creates a duplicate Work Order Service description.
  • Work order print out has a flag on the top when a Task has an edited Service.
  • Editing a service on a task does not remove the previous Service from the work order.
  • Inactivated user records show Full Name in the Users list instead of Display Name.
  • Work order history shows the wrong Phase and Status when a single task is completed on a work order.
  • Editing an Additional Service on a task that includes an existing Service does not remove the Additional Service on the work order.
  • Additional Service name does not update on the work order when edited in the task.
  • Issues on Preventive Maintenance General Info tab not updating after an associated task has been edited.
  • Work order Advanced Service Selection window displays Services that should not show on work orders.
  • Importing a downloaded parts template triggers incorrect warning message.
  • CSV type columns not replacing the existing data on import.
  • Cost and Last Cost are not getting updated when inventory data is imported.
  • Task Description does not appear on the task printout when the Description doesn't come from a Service.
  • Document link is in blue (appears active) but doesn't work on Analysis phase.
  • User receives an error message when adding Roles on New user data import or when updating a user through data import.
  • Estimated cost is wrong when a Part is at multiple locations with different costs at each location.
  • Operations User issues on PMs.
  • PM Description changing after the edit button is selected though no changes were made to the Description field.
  • Preventive Maintenance - added Service descriptions are not being added to the Description field after the field has been edited.
