PM Multisite Settings

PM multisite settings are available for organizations that use the Multi Site Option in GLOBAL. When the GLOBAL Multi Site: Restricted Option is on, PM multisite settings are available on the Sites tab on PMs. Users with PM Manger and PM Admin user roles can use PM multisite settings. When Show on all Sites is enabled, the PM is available on all Sites in GLOBAL. When Show on all Sites is not enabled, the PM is available on the Sites added to the PM on the Sites tab. PM multisite settings are only available on individual PMs and apply only to that PM.

PMs with multisite settings are available on the PM list page and PM Calendar of each Site included on the PM. Tasks that are generated from PMs with multisite settings are available on the Task Queue and Task list pages of each Site included on the PM.

When PM multisite settings are available, several factors affect the Site(s) on which the PM is available, which Sites can be added to the PM, and the items available in certain PM fields, such as Services, Assets, and Labor. These factors are:

  • The Site on which the PM was created.
  • The Site the user is logged into when opening the PM.
  • Whether Show on all Sites is enabled on the Sites tab on the PM.
